وقد ناقش المتحاورون في التسريب إستراتيجية التعامل مع دول الخليج في ما يتعلق بطلب منح مالية على غرار ما حدث في حرب الخليج، وقال عباس كامل مدير مكتب السيسي إنه يجب التعامل مع دول الخليج على أساس “خذ وهات”.
كما تطرق السيسي في التسريب إلى حجم المبالغ المطلوبة من كل دولة خليجية داعمة له وتفاصيل تحويل تلك الأموال إلى حسابات الجيش المصري، والطلب من الكويت والسعودية والإمارات منحه عشرة مليارات دولار من كل واحدة منها.
وكان لافتا حديث السيسي عن أن دول الخليج تمتلك ميزانيات ضخمة، وأن قادة تلك الدول يمتلكون من الأموال ما يفوق ميزانيات بلدانهم، على حد قوله.
وقال عباس كامل إن القيادات بدول الخليج تمتلك أموالا كبيرة، وكل واحد منهم يملك مئات المليارات، وتحدث مدير مكتب السيسي بألفاظ بذيئة عن أمير قطر، وقال إن بنك قطر الوطني وحده يتوفر على احتياطي بتسعمائة مليار، ووصف بعض دول الخليج بأنها “أنصاف دول”.
